Man Shot in Chattanooga Guest House
Chattanooga Police are investigating a report of a man shot while entering his room at the Guest House at 2220 Park Dr.
The victim, Julian Caldwell, 38, told police while he was returning to his room in the guest house, he was approached by two black males and forced into the room at gunpoint. Once inside the guest house room, they closed the curtains and told him to him to strip. Once they had his clothes they started ransacking his room at the guest house. The victim got the opportunity to run, but was shot in the hip.
The victim Julian Caldwell managed to run to a storage company near the guest house and asked for an ambulance. Investigators are currently checking into motive for the alleged robbery.
